Disappointed... The straps are very firm and curve a lot. When I wear the backpack the straps dig in uncomfortably under my arms, so I can't even imagine how much it would hurt when loaded with my school books. The quality is good, but the design itself is very poor. If you are petite then the straps may not be an issue, but I am returning because of them.Great back pack. Slightly damaged possibly from the manufacturer. I like how it’s really simple! I can fit my 32 oz. hydroflask in the side pockets, which is nice. The laptop pocket in the main compartment of the bag is snug for my 13” MacBook but it fits, you just have to nestle it in there. It’s also very comfortable on my shoulders! I love it! Not the biggest bag, FYI.Perfect size... can definitely hold a lot.
