I usually do not write reviews, but I am so pleased with this purchase. I have had my messenger bag for a month and a half now and I love the style, the feel, and durability of the bag. I am one who carries everything in my bag and this has definitely passed the "Mary Poppins test."On a separate but related note, I had a small issue that caused me to reach out directly to the company. The customer service I received was excellent. I had a response to my issue in under two hours, and they followed up to ensure that I was satisfied.I will definitely order more Hidesign products!This bag is handsome, understated, well-made. It is just the right size for my iPad, some magazines, charging cords and even some snacks and a small water bottle for air travel -- and it tucks under the seat in front easily. Has a zippered inner pocket for small items. This was a great purchase for the right price. I really like this bag!Good & nice leather bag. :-)Hidesign is a premium brand and rightly so, the last Hidesign wallet i bought about 15 years ago, is still going good and i use it everydayWith this laptop bag, it is spacious, is genuine leather and very classy.
