I need to regularly bring whole files into court. This bag just barely fits the files I use (15.5 in l, 11in h, 3 in w). I took pics of the bag with an empty file, an unopened brick of printer paper, and a water bottle. The bag itself is cute and has a slight leather scent. The leather is the hard and smooth kind, not the soft and flexible kind. The front pocket flap thing is fastened by magnet, so it snaps shut in a very satisfying way while also not actually having a visible magnet. The straps are the same material as the bag and matches the silver fasteners. I wish this bag was just a little bit bigger so I can slip the files in easier. I also wish it didn't have metal zippers because they hurt my hand a bit when they rub against my hand/arm when I pull things in and out.I finally replaced my briefcase of 10 years with something more feminine. It looks great. I can fit my 13 inch MacBook Air, a few files, an iPad, and water bottle.This was such a great purchase. It actually shipped well packed, in a dust bag, and with all hardware wrapped to protect against scratching. The leather is high quality, reminds me of MK style bags I already own. The red leather accents are why I decided to purchase because I’m not spending a couple thousand on a large purse from A. McQueen. I decided to style this in a way that made it look higher end without it costing a fortune. I can’t WAIT to wear this at work. Legit. Buy it. I’m stoked.Needs to have two shoulder straps versus the two short ones. It is heavier than I thought it would be.This is my 5th Bostanten bag it is beautiful well made. Love the Italian leather the brand is very affordable for the quality. I can’t wait to see more styles. I lived in Italy so every time I use one of my Bostanten bags it brings me closer to the Italian styles I love.I love this bag. Business professional!This is a gorgeous, sturdy, functional briefcase!I needed a bag that was long enough to use with "Filexec Single File Jacket, Legal, Assorted", also from Amazon. They are legal sized, sturdy folders, with sharp corners. The one tote bag I had that fit them got holes from the corners, because it became more narrow at the bottom.Anyway, my legal sized folders fit in this briefcase perfectly!! And the bag itself is structured enough that I can flip through them without them falling all over. It's exactly what I wanted.I see some people saying the strap was a different material or feel than the bag, but I don't find that to be the case. I ordered the gray bag, and the shoulder strap is exactly the same look and feel as the bag. Maybe people expected padding on the shoulder? But in the pictures on the listing it's clearly a regular strap, so it's exactly what I was expecting. I don't find it uncomfortable at all, but maybe some people need to carry it further than I do.Overall, I love this bag!! It was a bit pricy for what I need it for, but I do not regret my purchase!!Also, LOVE the red accents!! And the silver toned hardware. It really is a gorgeous bag!One thing, it doesn't stand up on it's own right out of the box (while empty).
