Everything promised in package was there.2) Height choices are good, adjustment is easy3) lightweight piece but the core components seems sturdy4) Desk surface accommodates even my large laptop5) Plenty of room to operate mouse on main desktop without use of swivel out mouse surface included6) Pneumatic Tube seems appropriately sized for the application.CONS--1) Attached mouse pad surface is fairly flimsy--I would see it breaking easily (see note above that it wasn't needed).2) Drink Carrier small. It will accommodate a 22 oz tapered cup but not much more.FINAL THOUGHTS:I am only a week into this purchase but I have high hopes for the longevity of this piece. I would definitely recommend this as an option for those seeking a stand/sit mobile desktop.
