I am very satisfied with the replacement screen for my laptop. I am a senior with a limited amount of computer savvy. When I first damage the screen on my laptop, my initial thoughts were buy a new laptop, then to see about having it repaired, the the light bulb went off in my head and I looked up on Amazon to see if there was such a thing as a replacement screen, and there it was! I ordered and received it in a timely manner. I followed the instructions and installed it with little difficulty.
