Shipment was lightening fast--by the time I ordered it, it was at my front door! It is very trendy, for a man or woman, and well suited for business--maybe college (say master level, certainly not a frosh!) I am a little on the Type A personality when it comes to office on wheels. I would say this is also the type of leather bag for those on a budget--believe me you can spend several hundreds, if not more on a leather bag, that's not quite as good looking in appearance, and gets the job done. This one does not at all appear cheap. The handles let up and down smooth and easy, detachable, and the wheels flo and bounce like a low-rider LOL! It hits the dips and rolls quite well. It comes with a shoulder strap, if you want to look mod. It has pockets up the yang-yang. Never had a leather one before, so I can't compare, but it's almost like patent leather without the shine. I tell you it looks nice with a pair of pointed toe pumps, pencil skirt, or a man's suit, slacks, and nice leather shoes. Don't know how durable yet, but it seems to be "a well put together piece of leather" as they say. It does not have as many sections that I am typically used to (I am used to three full compartments with Samsonite and this one only has two), so you can't carry gi-normic files and what not, but it's roomy at 17" and heavy. I just disintegrated my Samsonite office on wheels after five years, and literally split it to pieces, until I finally had to trash it. (I must say my ex-Samsonite Mobile Office wasn't a chump by no means, but a girl's got to change up and take chances once in a while--not like guys who tend to get the same pair of shoes in every color LOL!) We will see how "Big Mikky" pans out, and see if measures up to my "top dawg" chart, cause I am known to dawg out a wheelie. I am a mobile worker on the constant go. I have tried them all, including the dreadful mobile crate, and this one is stylish and seems to get the job done, like Big Daddy Kane says. (Can you tell I 'm a 70's-80's-90's kinda person ha ha!) Took it out on a "road test" yesterday, and it hit the hot pavement quite nicely--I felt like I was in the fast lane! It fits the lifestyle of mobility and office on wheels. I say if it don't flo, let it go!Let me start this off by saying this is the second time I purchased this bag because functionally, it is great and I would even say, close to awesome. It is very easy to pull this thought airports and get around with it although on some airplanes, the space under the seat isn't large enough to accommodate it. What drops the rating of this bag is that the company saved a few pennies by changing the quality of the zippers and that cost saving move dropped the quality of this bag to a step above useless if you travel. You get on a flight and put your things under a seat in front of you and watch your contents fall out. Spending your time making sure the zippers are closed in a specific position so you don't loose your things is not fun. I deal with it almost every day of the week. When I first got this newer version of the bag in March of 2019 I had an issue with the larger front pocket zipper splitting open so I contacted the company and they issued an RMA for me to send it back. I shipped it back and it costs me $12.50 to send it to them. FIVE WEEKS later and $32.00 for shipping and handling I got the bag back and the zipper I had the initial issue with was repaired, but the other zippers started doing the same thing. There are two large zippers on top that cover the laptop compartment and another for the accessory compartment. Four times on flights I've had people show me things and ask if they were mine and they were all because the zippers won't stay closed. My previous version of this bag had awesome zippers that never would have done this. Someone changed the design specs and went on the cheap side. They wou have been better using velcro. Next thing they'll change the leather to black painted paper.Stay clear if you travel. If the bag will never be in any position besides vertical or get knocked down, I would buy it.This was a great bag, just because someone wants to make a few extra pennies by changing the quality of the zippers turned this bag into something that has little value. The concept is wonderful, being able to easily switch from a hand carry to a roll on. In practical terms, not so wonderful. The cart is noisy, first off, and the bag doesn't seem to fit firmly up against it. When you turn a corner, or have to twist a bit to go through a turnstile the bag flexes and off pops at least one of the clips that hold it onto the cart. I've lost four already and they cost about $15 a four pack. I ended up drilling a pair of holes in the cart where the clip slides on and using a fastener to hold the bag to it. So much for switching easily. It has nice thick leather that seems well enough made for a bag, but it gets very heavy to carry, so you really need the cart. Also, the wheels are more or less outside the width of the bag, and it has a hard time going under some plane seats.I purchased this product based on the reviews I read and of course, the price. It is leather and it does look good. It is not as roomy as I thought, but if you are planning on carrying a purse and extra bag for a small food container, then this bag would work, no problem. I work in downtown and I use the bus park&ride service. So I am happy I don't have to drag my 17" notebook and the rest of my stuff in my backpack anymore. However, the telescopic handle on this case is starting to really tick me off. This morning I almost did not make it to the bus, because I had to keep fiddling with the handle to bring it down. It also is beginning to get stuck on getting up. I will contact the manufacturer to see if they can replace the detachable wheeled portion of the case for me. I am hoping this is just a defetive unit.Purchased this to replace my previous McKlein wheeled bag which finally gave up the ghost after being used almost daily for around 8-9 years. (Id been using it for the last 3 years without the trolley and the grab handle finally split. The rest of the bag was still in fairly good condition but I thought I’d treat myself rather than have it repaired.) This is a fantastic quality leather bag, plenty of pockets and sections. I have no doubt it will go the distance of my previous McKlein bag.The trolley is excellent and the quick clips to attach and detach from the bag are a genius idea. My previous bag attached with zips, which were a little fiddly to fasten. One previous reviewer on amazon.com mentioned the wheels have ‘chrome hubcaps,’ this isnt the case (pardon the pun) with the one I’ve received.I only have 2 gripes and this is in comparison to my old faithful bag. The zip openings would benefit from being gusseted so that you can undo the zipper and widen the opening so you can see more easily inside each compartment. A designated business card holder section is a must for me, just a small one inside the bag would have been great. Considering its replaced a bag I’ve worked with and loved for over 8 years, my 2 minor niggles in perspective are that...minor.Great bag, fabulous quality, new style genius clip attachments for trolley, McKlein brand..highly recommended! The product is very poorly made. Two of the zippers didn't work after the first day. The zip moves but the teeth do not come together. The case has never been overloaded or the zippers stressed so I conclude that it is due to zipper quality or technique of insertion. Also, it may be real leather, but, it looks like faux leather. That was less of a concern to me, as I was really looking for functionality. The design idea is terrific, the execution of the idea is very poor. Due to the very poor zippers, I would definitely recommend not purchasing this product unless you don't need zippers that work. Definitely will never buy another McKlein.Good buy great product
