I am super impressed with this little desk.My husband and I were looking for a small secondary work desk that could be tucked into the corner of a room. For ergonomics sake, we wanted a height adjustable desk for sitting and standing. This was the only sit-stand desk I found that had both the small footprint we needed and that lowered to a minimum height of 25", which is the height at which my wrists are when I'm sitting in a chair with my feet touching the ground. Most sit-stand desks start at a minimum height of 29" or 30", which is the standard American desk height but is too high for me as a 5'3" person. Fully raised, this desk allows me to stand and work comfortably. The maximum height is a few inches too short for my husband who is 5'11", but we were fine with this compromise as it was more important to get the minimum sitting height right because that can't be fixed the way you can add height by piling on books. The height is easily adjusted with a pneumatic tab on the side.A bonus of this desk is it's on sturdy casters that lock. We weren't looking for this feature, but having it allows us to wheel this desk into different rooms for different uses - typing in the living room, taking a meeting in the bedroom, eating in the kitchen, or just tucking it away to another room when we have guests over. When we're ready to use it, the locking feature helps the desk stay stable.The desk is made of high quality, sturdy materials that feel like they will last a long time. Overall, I am super impressed with the simplicity, quality, and thoughtful design of this desk. It's rare to find something in such a small and affordable package that hits all these things. This little guy has exceeded my expectations!
